diesel-powered construction and non-highway machinery. We are committed to delivering high-
quality, on-the-road repairs and service for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal
performance for their fleets.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This position will
primarily involve performing on-site repairs and maintenance for construction and non-highway
equipment. You will be working from a company-provided service truck, traveling to various job
sites and customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel
mechanics, with a working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with a focus on construction and non highway equipment.

Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.

Familiarity with a wide range of construction and heavy equipment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Exceptional ability to problem solve.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in diesel mechanics or a related field.

Experience with welding and fabrication.

Previous experience working in a mobile service role.

Recommended experience working with hydraulic systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for diesel-powered construction and non-highway equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of
equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, aerial equipment and other heavymachinery. -
Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control circuits, andcomponents.

Inspect, test, and replace hydraulic systems and components as needed.

Communicate with customers to assess issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized service truck, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are stocked and ready for service calls.

Follow safety protocols and company policies while working on-site and in the field.

Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service provided.
